Shipping Details
There is a flat rate shipping/handling charge for regular shipments. Domestic order DVDs/CDs get shipped with hardboard mailer via USPS First Class. International orders get mailed with hardboard mailer via USPS Air Mail, which usually takes around than 7-10 business days. These include a USPS tracking number and you should get a notification of that if you check out with a valid email that you use and check with your paypal account. Also you get downloadable backups at no additional charge if you order the disc(s) and then email us a reminder that you want the downloads as well.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of electronic media we can not refund purchases. There may be some cases where a customer accidentally purchased the wrong type of media, accidental double orders, or the wrong video instruction for thier workstation.
