$7.95 is a flat rate shipping/handling charge for regular shipments. Domestic order DVDs/CDs get shipped with hardboard mailer via USPS First Class. International orders get mailed with hardboard mailer via USPS Air Mail, which usually takes around than 7-10 business days. Both of these do not include tracking or delivery confirmation but if they arrived damaged or get lost we will ship another for free. Also you get downloadable backups if you ask. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of electronic media we can not refund purchases. There may be some cases where a customer accidentally purchased the wrong type of media or instruction for thier workstation. In these cases Sudosonic will offer an exchange or discount on a case by case basis. For further details on specific issues in question please email us at support@sudosonic.com prior to purchase.
